Debug/Easy mode gives you tier 3 versions of the perks from the start and increases your movement speed.

Melee kills only grant you a fraction of the normal energy gain(unless you have tier 3 vampiric melee)

Snipers melee attack cost double the energy, but is also easily the stronges one yet.
